Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.

UK delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International delivery
We don't currently ship outside the UK through the website, but we're happy to help — get in touch for a shipping quote and we'll do our best to get your order to you.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays
While we aim to meet the estimates above, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control (e.g. courier delays).
