Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made from CW Trade Limited (Company No. 09308963) via CWTShopNow.com.

Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within that period.

Returns
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Non-returnable items
Custom-made, made-to-order, or clearance items are noted as such at the point of purchase and may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
