We have tried to allowed for this in the Shopping cart but if your postcode is within the above areas we may contact you about the additional postage before shipping the items ordered. If you are outside the mainland UK for example IOM, Jersey, Guernsey or the channel islands please get in touch for a shipping quote.
Courier Service
Our Chosen courier's are DHL and Fed-EX and the service we use is the "Next working day". although we may, at our discretion, send smaller items and/or items to extended area's above by Royal Mail first classed signed for. This is to save you additional costs normally charged by DHL/Fed-Ex.
Free Shipping
There is free shipping on all orders over £100 (this is given back in discounts at the checkout)
If for any reason you return an item and the overall initial order drops below £100 then shipping will be taken from the refund for the item.
RETURNS
Items damaged in transit will need to be brought to our attention within 7 days. We will need you to send photos and retain the original packaging for us to raise a claim with the courier company. We will then arrange collection should the damage need to be repaired.
If the item is unwanted then you will need to return the item to us at your cost and reach us in re-sellable condition.
ITEMS NOT COVERED BY OUR RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your item we will do everything we can within reason to ensure that we resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
