Shipping policy

Orders are usually despatched within 1 to 2 working days.

UK delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Standard delivery is £12, and free on orders of £150 or more. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days from despatch. If you're in Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly, please get in touch before ordering so we can check the cost for you.

International delivery
We don't ship outside the UK through the website at the moment, but get in touch and we'll see what we can do. Customers in the EU can also order from our Dutch sister company, CW Trade Europe, at cwt-europe.eu.

Tracking
Once your order has been despatched, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delays
We do our best to meet these times, but occasionally delivery can be held up by things outside our control, like courier delays.
